As you use the Web Properties, Cellfdefense will collect and use your personal information in the following instances:

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, any other information you choose to include in your correspondence to respond to your questions or inquiries. Cellfdefense may use your email address to send you marketing communications we feel may be of interest to you.

When you download the mobile application, we will collect your email address. We use this personal information to communicate with you and to send you communications on new features or updates we feel may be of interest to you.

To alert you, we need to collect information on your device, including geolocation, compass information, IP address, cell tower, and carrier information. We use this information to identify the closest cell towers to you.

In order to utilize Cellfdefense, we need to know your location. As you use the Web Properties, if you grant us permission through your device, we will capture your precise geolocation data to determine where you are located. Your location is determined by cell tower triangulation, IP address, and compass information.

Cellfdefense may use your personal information collected for the above purposes for the limited circumstances described in INFORMATION SHARING.

Cellfdefense also collects information via cookies as you use the Web Properties. The Web Properties use essential cookies, which are necessary to provide the Web Properties. Without these cookies, the Web Properties would not operate or function properly. Essential cookies collect information about your usage of the Web Properties and your IP address. This information is necessary to identify your session within the Web Properties so the Web Properties can respond properly to your actions and requests. Essential cookies cannot be disabled. However, in general, to disable cookies and limit the collection of information through them, you can set your browser to refuse cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent.

INFORMATION SHARING

Cellfdefense will share the personal information identified in this Privacy Policy in the following instances:

Where necessary, Cellfdefense will share your personal information within Cellfdefense to efficiently carry out and improve our business and to the extent permitted by law.

Cellfdefense will share your personal information with service providers that perform services on Cellfdefense’s behalf in connection with the Web Properties, such as our IT support, email vendor, and GPS database provider.

We do not currently sell any of your personal information under Nevada law, nor do we plan to do so in the future. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

UNINSTALL THE MOBILE APPLICATION

You can uninstall our mobile application at any time - this will stop any further collection of your personal information by the mobile application.

LOCATION SETTINGS

You can prevent your device from sharing your location data by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device or within the Web Properties.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

If you have enabled push notifications for the mobile application, you may disable these at any time by updating your mobile device settings.

AGE RESTRICTION

The Web Properties are not intended or designed to attract children under the age of thirteen (13). By using the Web Properties, you affirm that you are more than eighteen (18) years of age, or you are an emancipated minor, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Privacy Policy, and to abide by and comply with this Privacy Policy. In any case, by using the Website, you affirm that you are over the age of thirteen (13), as THE WEB PROPERTIES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN (13).
